Operations/ Production Manager

The URL blocked - click to apply is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all projects, including oversight of all efficiencies, payroll, and estimates. This position will manage the hiring, onboarding, and training of new technicians, as well as manage performance, with additional responsibility for safety management and training.

Compensation:
- Competitive Salary plus Bonus ( Uncapped earning potential)
- Employee is eligible for quarterly bonus based on KPIs
Responsibilities:
- Exceed targets for quality ratings and customer satisfaction
- Maintain production capacity
- Coordinate scheduling of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors
- Schedule jobs and maintain project efficiency
- Interview, hire, train, and manage performance
- Training & career development
- Oversee PPE and Tool inventory and distribution
- Monitor production efficiencies and payroll
- Work with Estimators to review and oversee job estimates
- Manage safety operations & training
- Implementation of Covid response plan
- Participate in on-call schedule
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ management/leadership experience, preferably in the restoration/construction industry
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
- Exceptional oral and written communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple, and rapidly-changing priorities
- Strong background/experience in safety awareness and training
- Strong technology experience and skillset required
- Xactimate experience is a plus
- iRestore experience is a plus
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
