Wylander is recruiting a Loan Originator for Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG). They are seeking a team member to service Miami/ Fort Lauderdale area. PRMG is a nationwide direct mortgage lender, licenses in 47 states. Their company structure is created to benefit Loan Officers that want to be in business for themselves but not by themselves. They are seeking a candidate that can provide exceptional customer service, while building new relationships with organizations and individuals to continue the growth of the company. This person will market PRMG’s mortgage products to partners, referral sources and consumers. They will request, analyze and evaluate loan applications; subsequently will make a professional recommendation to the client.

Responsibilities:
Market Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc.’s mortgage products to all partners, referral sources and consumers
Ensure all compliance requirements, including company policies and procedures, and state and federal regulations, are met
Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of commercial, real estate, or credit loans
Improves loan applications and documentation by informing applicant of additional requirements
Rejects loans by explaining deficiencies to applicants
Completes loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant; obtaining signatures and notarizations; collecting fees
Helps customers by answering questions; responding to requests
Maintains customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Ensure that company customer service standards are met
Requirements:
3+ years previous experience working as a loan officer/ originator
Must be a licenses originator in the state of Florida with FHA, VA and Conventional Experience
Excellent computer skills, including internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database applications
Proven, successful track record
Ability to maintain a quality and service-oriented attitude
Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
