Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is hiring a Large Loss Sales Representative for Mammoth Restoration for the Philadelphia region. Founded in 2006, Mammoth is Pennsylvania’s leading expert in the repair and restoration of water, fire and smoke damage. In addition to restoration and repair, Mammoth is a full-service remodeling and construction firm with experience in both the residential and commercial arenas. The Large Loss Sales Representative is responsible for nurturing existing client relationships as well as building sales and profits through the development of effective four-stage sales processes. The ideal candidate embraces innovative multi-level sales strategies, disciplined time and territory management, and understands sales are best made outside the four walls of the organization and is coachable.

Create Cheerleader Clients by exceeding their expectations for communication, quality and delivery of disaster restoration services.
Be a “whatever it takes” team player by supporting the production team.
Design an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships.
Exceed targets for sales and activity metrics.
Develop annual, monthly and weekly sales goals in conjunction with the strategic plan.
Implement company’s proven sales strategies and processes.
Identify and establish contact with commercial market end users to make sales presentations that will create your own client base.
Ensure up to date documentation of all sales activities, results, customer and partner information and sales routes and territories.
Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community.
5+ years within the restoration industry required
5+ years of relevant sales experience
Proven, successful sales track record
Ability to maintain a quality and service-oriented attitude.
Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative.
Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must.
Excellent written, verbal, technical, and presentation skills.
Must be intuitive, creative, relevant, dynamic, skillful at public speaking, and must possess leadership abilities.
