URL blocked - click to applyThe General Manager is responsible for directing, planning and managing overall operations, including but not limited to: quality control, quality assurances, cleaning technicians, daily operations and customer service. This position is also responsible for assisting in maximizing return on investment, profit and loss, daily operation, planning, development and implementation of compensation and advertising functions. They will be integral in assisting with the company’s growth and expansion and will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office profitability, implement procedures, hold key personnel accountable
  • Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to review job profitability
  • Analyze and manage budgets
  • Ability to successfully create new business and build client relationships
  • Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities
  • Perform exit interviews
  • Conduct performance evaluation of all direct reports

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience within the property damage restoration industry
  • Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain high performing teams
  • Proficiency with industry software, including Xactimate
  • Industry specific certifications are a plus
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable. Identifies own learning needs and seeks appropriate steps to continue continual self-development
