As a Emergency Services Manager, you will be responsible for responding to structure damage calls, both residential and commercial. This person will need to be able to make the customer comfortable that their structure is going to be handled with the best care. This person will also be responsible for performing site inspections, setting up and leading the crew members, documenting losses with accurate measurements, notes and photographs with strong attention to detail; estimating the cost of the loss through the use of Xactimate; negotiating with insurance carrier representatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base pay: $65,000-$75,000
  • Employee is eligible for company bonus plan

Responsibilities:

  • Use Xactimate software to estimate/ invoice residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects
  • Ability to estimate and manage mitigation projects
  • Respond to property damage emergency calls
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of customers
  • Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize proprietary software if required
  • Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors
  • Participate in design, process and permit submittal
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Must be able to participate in an on-call schedule
  • Attend all appropriate company meetings
  • Additional duties required as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ previous management experience, preferably in the restoration/construction industry
  • Xactimate experience is a plus
  • Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person)
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Have a strong sense of urgency and desire to assist customers
  • Team- and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
  • Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
