As a Crew Leader/ Lead Water Mitigation Technician you will be responsible for responding to water damaged structures both residential and commercial. This person is the first person that enters the structure after the disaster/ damage, and they need to be able to make the customer comfortable that their property is going to be handled with the best care. A ‘can-do’ attitude, teamwork spirit and a desire to do more than required are important attributes of the right candidate.
Hourly rate: $17.00/ hr. plus (DOE)
Eligible for overtime
Company Vehicle during work hours

Ability to communicate with a variety of customers
Ability to lead other technicians on a job site, when necessary
Inspect properties for water damage and develop a drying plan which includes the setup of drying equipment, monitoring temperature, relative humidity and moisture content in materials.
Extract water from flooded structures
Remove damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, and cabinets
Clean and maintain all tools, equipment and supplies
Maintain and clean assigned vehicle
Ensure customer is satisfied and happy with the work performed
Participate in daily meetings
3 plus years’ experience in water mitigation
2 years leading teams in the field
IICRC; WRT, ASD and MRT are a plus
Able to handle stress in a fast-paced work environment.
Able to exercise good judgment in making decisions.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete projects and be detail oriented.
Have a can-do attitude to get the job done and done well.
Ability to work in all types of structures that have experienced some form of disaster.
Able to be flexible and available for 24 hour emergency work.
