The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for restoration projects by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts, managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project. The Project Manager must be driven to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented company with a strong focus on bringing calm to chaos and serving with compassion.

Responsibilities:
Ability to manage complex residential and commercial water, fire, wind and mold reconstruction/ restoration projects
Inspect jobs on a continual basis to ensure quality assurance
Organize and prepare through cost estimates and bid proposals
Establish and maintain client relationships through routine communication, ensuring customer satisfaction through the restoration process
Establish and maintain of subcontractor relationships
Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors
Participate in design, process and permit submittal
Complete monthly expense reports
Attend all appropriate company meetings
Attend regular company sponsored training sessions
Additional duties required as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience as a project manager within the construction and/or restoration industry
Must have solid knowledge of residential construction; commercial experience a plus
Xactimate knowledge preferred
IICRC/RIA certifications a plus
Ability to manage budgets and schedules
Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person)
Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
