Wylander, a recruiting company specializing in the restoration industry, is recruiting a Construction Project Manager for a full-service disaster restoration company, located in Vancouver, WA. Since 1966, they have built its business on the promise to its customers to restore property damaged because of storm, wind, fire and water and the effects of these events on commercial and residential properties. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for restoration projects by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.

Responsibilities:
Ability to manage residential and commercial water, fire, wind and mold reconstruction/ restoration projects
Inspect jobs on a continual basis to ensure quality assurance
Communicate with customers daily to check work quality
Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements
Establish and maintain of subcontractor relationships
Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors
Participate in design, process and permit submittal
Establish and maintain client relationships
Complete monthly expense reports
Attend all appropriate company meetings
Attend regular company sponsored training sessions
Additional duties required as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience as a project manager, within the restoration/ construction industry
Must have knowledge of both residential and commercial reconstruction experience
Ability to manage budgets and schedules
Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person)
Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
