RFMS provides software, training, consulting and implementation services to more than 2,000 clients based in North America, Australia and New Zealand. The CSM is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, growing sales, minimizing churn, and participation in implementing, onboarding and training clients. The CSM should manage the overall customer experience by acting as a client advocate and liaison with RFMS. CSMs are responsible for all clients and prospects within a specified geographic territory. (Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah)

  • Serve as a liaison between RFMS clients and RFMS
  • Proactively visit RFMS clients to get to know them, their business, and RFMS needs
  • Cold call prospects to introduce RFMS software products
  • Responsible for selling all RFMS products to both clients and prospects in designated territory
  • Attend trade shows you are assigned to assist in sales & educational efforts
  • Attend all scheduled sales meetings
  • Contribute to the unity, organization and team atmosphere of the entire RSA group


  • 3+ years of professional work experience in floor covering operations, accounting or management
  • 3+ years RFMS experience is required
  • Ability to maintain a quality and service-oriented attitude
  • Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 8-10 days per month, some months being more than 10 days
  • BA/BS required or equivalent experience
