  • Account for cash, credit card and consumer finance payments
  • Accounts Payable processing
  • Calculate commissions for semi-weekly payroll
  • Process semi-weekly payroll using in-house accounting software
  • Produce and submit quarterly and annual payroll tax reports and yearly forms
  • Assist in weekly subcontractor payroll, inventory receiving, and inventory accounts payable as needed
  • Produce monthly sales tax reports; transmit report and payment
  • Reconcile checking accounts monthly
  • Produce month-end and year-end profit and loss statements. Review and create adjusting journal entries as needed
  • Furnish year end financials to CPA
  • Perform company Human Resources duties, including benefit administration, compliance in hiring documentation and government reporting
  • Office filing and file management as needed


  • 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
  • Minimum of two years of college with emphasis on Accounting/ Bookkeeper
  • Knowledge of RFMS or similar flooring software program is a plus
  • Knowledge of WIP and job costing
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of the key drivers of profitability, including experience providing analysis with actionable steps for operations
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proven strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work independently
